Somerset College NCS start teambuilding programme at Outposts

Following hot on the heels of Young Devon's NCS adventure activities programme, Somerset College NCS' team and participants have started week 2 of their programme: teamwork skills residential, at Outposts eco-friendly Bush Camp  in the beautiful Quantock Hills, Somerset.

Activities will be led by staff experienced in leadership and team-building, and focus will be on how these skills apply in the real world of employment.
Activities include: command and team tasks; raft-building; survival skills & orienteering.
NCS is the flagship programme of the Government’s ‘BIG Society’ initiative with 30,000 young people aged 16 & 17 taking part this summer across the country.
