Can this year's apprentices out-perform last year's Apprentices?
The first group has arrived in the Brecon Becons, Wales for the final stage of their ILM level 3 in Leadership qualification at the end of their 3-year apprenticeship.
This year's 200 apprentices will take on new challenges, tasks and scenarios ... including Canyon Crossing; Tunnel Rescue, Trebuchet and specialist Survival instruction & challenges from a leading expert (who honed his skills in the jungles of Central and South America)!
All will be revealed in the coming weeks ... but not too much as the weekly programme rolls out over 5 weeks with 5 separate groups ... and we wouldn't want to spoil all the 'surprises' now would we!
Take a look at how last year's Apprentices got on ...
The Outposts' programme is designed to be a unique 'leadership journey' using action learning, a reflective log and leadership action plan, to develop and practice the skills of leadership and to underpin the theory previously learned in a classroom-based environment.
