Cohort 4 apprentices complete final assessment on ILM Level 3 in Leadership
Apprentices focus on the 'bigger picture' and then 'the detail' as they brief (and de-brief) their teams whilst taking turns in assuming the leadership role for specific tasks during their ILM programme in the Brecon Beacons in Wales.
