Apprentices wrap-up final day of residential training course with Outposts

A keen and enthusiastic group of apprentices participated this week in a teambuilding and personal development training course based at Outposts Bush Camp in Somerset.

The tailor-made course included: 

· Command Tasks & Challenges

· Raft-Building

· Adventure Activities: Climbing, Caving & Coasteering

· Coaching in understanding and practising the principles of teambuilding & leading a team

· Completion of a course workbook
